Landmark Design & Documentation LLC provides Architectural and project management services in the civic, historic, commercial, and residential sectors. LDD started in 2022 as an as-built documentation service for local historic building owners seeking tax credits from both the state and federal government conservation agencies. The business quickly grew to a full-service architecture firm. Along with being licensed to practice Architecture in Texas, LDD works routinely with professional electrical, mechanical, plumbing, structural, and civil engineers to deliver fully coordinated design, construction documentation, and construction administration services across the state.

LDD is led by Licensed Architect Jaren Dahl, a Stephenville, Texas native who earned both his bachelor's and master's degrees in Architecture from Texas Tech University.
